The hotel had a good location and easy access to nearby areas. They offered free Wi-Fi which was very useful for me during my business trip. The ambiance of the hotel was pleasant, with a good amount of natural light.

The staff was not helpful at all and didn't seem to care much about their guests' needs. The cleanliness was not up to the mark, and the rooms were not properly maintained.
